Cathleen Hahn, CMA, CPA and Marjorie Kaiser, CPA, have over 50 years of combined accounting and business advising experience. Together, with several long-term team members, we provide prompt and professional service to a wide variety of Anchorage businesses, non-profits and individuals. Our longevity in the field enables us to offer thorough, relevant and consistent services that include:

Cathleen Hahn, CMA, CPA - Company Manager

Serving Anchorage as a CPA since 2000, Cathleen has over 20 years of experience in accounting and business advising. She has developed an outstanding reputation throughout the area and her focus on real estate helps her give full attention to the specific needs of her clients.

Cathleen is an active member of the community and belongs to many professional organizations that keep her engaged in her practice, including Alaska Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, Institute of Management Accountants and Community Associations Institute.

Debra Echavaria, Office Manager

Deb has worked in the administrative field since 1976 joining The Hahn Company team in November of 2015. She oversees all administrative functions in the office as well as assisting with client payroll preparation and review, data entry, and bookkeeping. She enjoys connecting with customers and tending to all the little, but important, details that help to provide timely, professional service.

Katie Galang, Executive Assistant

Katie joined the Hahn Company team in May of 2017. She has her Associates Degree in Accounting from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management with a Property Management and Real Estate Concentration from UAA. Katie has 2 years of experience in tax preparation and over 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Her primary function at The Hahn Company LLC is to support the management team by carrying out the strategic objectives for the future of the firm.

Amy Havard, Accountant

Amy joined The Hahn Company LLC in September of 2016. She earned her accounting degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage in spring 2016. Amy has ambition and knowledge of the business world, serving seven years in office management and administration. Amy’s responsibilities include preparing tax returns, and drafting audits, reviews and compilations. She is currently pursuing her CPA license.

Kelsey Kasper, Accountant

Kelsey joined Cathleen’s staff in January 2016 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration-accounting from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Kelsey has five years of experience as an administrative assistant and is planning on returning to school to obtain a master’s degree in business administration while also working toward her CPA license. She prepares tax returns and drafts audits, reviews, and compilations. Kelsey finds it very rewarding that her work leads clients toward success and knowing that she is helping them achieve their goals. She believes an important aspect of offering quality services is continuing her education. Kelsey steadily strives to provide clients with quality services and the most up-to-date information, while forming lasting relationships.

Anne Wold, Bookkeeper

Anne joined the Hahn Company team in December 2017. She has over 18 years of experience working with companies on their accounting, bookkeeping and payroll needs. Her expertise in these areas is a valuable role at The Hahn Company. She loves to help clients achieve their goals through a timely, efficient service.

Melissa DePeel, Bookkeeper

Melissa joined The Hahn Company, LLC in May, 2018. Her background includes over 15 years in accounting, bookkeeping and payroll. She received her Associates in Business Administration – Accounting in 2004 and sincerely enjoys tackling all forms of bookkeeping and payroll challenges. Perpetually cheerful and ready to help, Melissa hopes to make every person she interacts with smile and provide a service that exceeds expectations.

Christina Landgren, Front Desk Administrator
